Be prepared to work on projects that make the front page of the news Senior Manager – Real Estate Focus We are looking for a Senior Manager with an interest in Real Estate to join the team – someone with experience with corporate clients, and the drive to join an energetic team. Responsibilities Structuring, with a particular focus on inbound investment structures, taxation of trusts / Managed Investment Trusts Tax due diligence and transaction document review Assist clients with their tax compliance, including preparing and/or reviewing of trust and company tax returns Research and analyse technical tax issues Transaction related ATO and FIRB correspondence Support with business development initiatives and proposals Mentor, develop and lead teams Experience & Qualifications A tax professional with transactional experience A commitment to client service with a proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients Strong tax technical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a team environment, supervise and mentor team members Diversity & Inclusion At KPMG, we believe diversity of thought, background and experience strengthens relationships and delivers meaningful benefits to our people, our clients, and communities.
