Dealership Success Manager - Auto SaaS & Marketplace Customer Success Officer (Automotive SaaS/Marketplace) Full-time Onsite (Sydney – Lane Cove) Occasional interstate travel MotorPlatform is Australia’s fastest-growing intra-dealer marketplace. Our AI‑powered platform unifies valuation, acquisition, and wholesale workflows for dealerships, fleets, and lenders, helping them move stock faster and more profitably. We’re hiring a Customer Success Officer to turn new customers into activated, high‑performing, loyal fans of MotorPlatform. About You You’re energised by helping customers win and you’re comfortable working with strong personalities in a high‑pressure environment. 2+ years in customer success, onboarding, training, support, or B2B SaaS operations. Natural educator : You enjoy explaining workflows, simplifying complexity, and getting users confident quickly. Operationally minded : You spot bottlenecks and behavioural gaps, and can suggest practical changes that lift conversions and usage. Relationship‑driven : You build trust with dealership teams, managers, buyers, and fleet staff. Data‑aware : You’re comfortable looking at simple dashboards (valuations, listings, conversions) and using them to coach customers. Resilient and composed : You don’t get rattled by pushback. You can work with direct, sometimes aggressive dealerships , handle objections, hold the line on process, and keep the relationship constructive. Clear communicator : Strong on email, phone, and screen‑share; able to run an onboarding at 10am and a performance review at 2pm. Willing to travel interstate from time to time for onsite onboarding, training, and performance sessions. Nice to have Experience in automotive, autotech, dealerships, fleet, or remarketing. Familiarity with marketplace products, HubSpot, Metabase dashboards, or DMS tools. About the Role Your mission: Activate customers, drive adoption, and help them get measurable performance improvements from MotorPlatform. You will Onboard & Train Run structured onboarding for dealerships, fleets, and lenders (remote and occasional onsite). Train teams on valuations, listings, acquisitions, MotorIntel accuracy, and best‑practice workflows. Build confidence quickly so customers can start transacting correctly and consistently. Drive Activation & Performance Monitor engagement and usage (valuations, listings, offers, conversions, time‑in‑stock). Identify under‑utilised accounts and re‑engage them with targeted coaching and clear actions. Help customers improve conversions, reduce days‑in‑stock, and maximize trade‑in profitability using MotorPlatform. Share playbooks, patterns, and quick wins that produce visible results. Support & Retain Be a primary contact for questions and issues (phone, email, in‑app). Troubleshoot problems, gather context, and elevate appropriately to Ops/Product/Tech. Maintain ongoing relationships with key users and managers, especially at high‑value sites. Spot early signs of churn or frustration and address them proactively. Champion the Customer Internally Feed customer insights back into Product, Ops, and Development. Highlight friction points, missing tools, or training gaps that impact performance. Contribute to FAQs, guides, scripts, and training material to scale best practice. #J-18808-Ljbffr
