We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities Coordinator. As the Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our office facility. You will work closely with various departments and vendors to ensure the smooth functioning of the facility and provide excellent service to our clients.This role is based in Lane Cove for a**An Overview of the role:** Perform additional tasks as directed by the Operations lead or Account Director Previous experience in facilities coordination or a similar role within the commercial real estate industryStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of facility operations and maintenance best practices Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proactive mindset and ability to think critically and problem-solve As an organisation, we don’t just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
