We provide support through evidence based practice to our organisational customers that hold an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with EASA, we have over 250 EAP’s and service the Northern Territory Public Sector. Each year, we provide over 10,000 client sessions and provide over 3,000 hours of support at an organisational level, through our CORP Workplace Solutions division. Who are EASA? EASA has offices located in Darwin, Katherine and Alice Springs. We also have a service in Coolalinga and Gove. What is the role? A rewarding role exists in a small, friendly and autonomous team of counsellors for an experienced, flexible and growth oriented Receptionist/Administration Officer. As the first point of contact for EASA clients, this role is ideal for someone that is passionate about customer service with an interest in mental health and wellbeing. With the opportunity to make the role your own, there is the potential for the position to grow into a leadership capacity for those interested in broadening your skills and experience. The right candidate will: Be passionate, enthusiastic, and confident Demonstrate skill and experience in a busy frontline customer service role Demonstrate pleasant, courteous telephone and a welcoming reception manner Demonstrate attention to detail and problem solving skills Demonstrate competent IT literacy and working knowledge of MS Windows software Demonstrate experience with diary management and database applications or ability to learn quickly Demonstrate a high level of responsibility and maintaining confidentiality Be able to liaise with management team regarding operational matters, carry out essential work relating to operational matters and escalate as required Supply evidence of a current Police Clearance, Ochre Card and Driving Licence (or the ability to obtain one) Key skills required for this role Be willing and able to function both autonomously and within a small team Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Good organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively Willingness to take on challenges and learn new skills Desirable Criteria: Working knowledge of Employee Assistance Programs Email your expression of interest and resume to **********@easa.org.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
