The Role The Logistics Manager reports to the Head of Finance and ensures Jomablue’s event equipment is available, functional and in the right place and the right time. You will oversee all logistics activities including equipment planning, freight coordination, inventory management and system improvements. You must be motivated and passionate about great service. Within a small team, you understand that working closely with others and pitching in when necessary helps our team be stronger and reach our goals. When and Where This is a full-time role based in our Ultimo, NSW office. Your Duties: Oversee the end-to-end movement of Jomablue event equipment across global sites. Coordinate with internal hubs and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch, delivery, and return of all onsite equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking, maintenance, and lifecycle updates. Anticipate and manage logistics risks such as shipping delays, customs issues, and stock shortages. Collaborate with Support and Operations teams to maintain equipment readiness. Drive continuous improvement by documenting workflows and optimising processes for speed and cost efficiency. Report on logistics performance and contribute to forecasting and capacity planning. Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, and equipment operations. Strong organisational and planning skills, with sharp attention to detail. Experience managing shipping, freight and customs processes. Confidence managing vendors and logistics partners, including performance tracking and reporting. Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet deadlines. Confident using logistics or asset management systems and tools. Excellent communicator who thrives in collaborative environments. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive for improvement. Experience in event logistics or technology environments.
