Learning and Development Coordinator (Inclusion) Join to apply for the Learning and Development Coordinator (Inclusion) role at TheirCare Pty Ltd Work options: Hybrid About the Role We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled Learning & Development Coordinator (Inclusion) to strengthen the capability of our OSHC teams in supporting children and young people with complex needs, particularly those with disability. In this impactful role, you’ll collaborate with the Head of Learning and Development to lead the design, delivery, and coordination of high-quality inclusion training across TheirCare’s mainstream and specialist services. Your work will directly support staff working in specialist OSHC programs, NDIS-based services, and mainstream environments, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, confidence, and tools to deliver safe, inclusive and exceptional care. Reporting to the General Manager – Government and Industrial Relations, you’ll collaborate closely with the Learning and Development team, Specialist OSHC division, the OneCare team, internal departments, and external training providers. You will also manage structured induction programs, develop on‑demand content, and facilitate engaging learning experiences across a variety of formats. This is a part‑time role based at our Glen Iris HQ, with hybrid work arrangements available. Key Responsibilities Design, deliver, and coordinate high-quality inclusion training and induction programs for specialist and mainstream OSHC staff. Facilitate learning experiences such as Communities of Practice, workshops, and on‑demand content across multiple training formats. Maintain training records and complete internal and external reporting, including requirements for government departments. Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure best practice in disability inclusion and consistent staff capability across services. Identify training needs, develop resources, and embed evidence‑informed approaches such as trauma‑informed practice and neurodiversity‑affirming strategies. About You Strong facilitator with experience delivering training both online and in person, supported by solid communication and relationship‑building skills. Skilled in learning design, particularly creating training for Learning Management Systems (LMS). Deep understanding of disability inclusion best practice, including behaviour support, trauma‑informed practice, and cultural safety. Experience in disability services, allied health, specialist education, OSHC, or children’s services (desirable but not essential). Organised, collaborative, and able to manage multiple training programs, reporting requirements, and stakeholder needs with confidence. Why work for us?
