This is your chance to bring ideas to life, support engaging programs, and make a genuine impact across our organisation. Every day will be different, but your work will include: Coordinating the learning programs that inspire and develop our people Organising training sessions for our trainers - both face-to-face and online Reporting on learning outcomes to drive continuous improvement Working closely with external training providers and subject matter experts to deliver specialised programs Coordinating schedules, bookings, communications and events to keep programs running smoothly Managing queries from our centralised L&D mailbox What you’ll bring We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and ready to make a difference.
