About BRAMS Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (BRAMS) is a well-established Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation that has been supporting the Broome community for over 40 years. Headquartered in Broome, Western Australia, BRAMS provides holistic, culturally safe primary healthcare, aged care, and community programs to Aboriginal people throughout the Kimberley region. As the new Learning and Development Coordinator , you’ll take the reins of our organisation‑wide capability strategy, building systems, structures and culture that allow our workforce to thrive. Based in Broome, WA , and reporting to the Business Services Executive Manager, this isn’t just a coordinator role – it’s an opportunity to drive change, influence leadership, and embed learning into the heartbeat of everything we do. Key Responsibilities Drive the launch and ongoing implementation of BRAMS’ new Learning & Development Framework Work with executive leaders to identify workforce gaps and build capability pathways Coordinate training needs analysis and individual learning plans for every staff member Manage and optimise our ELMO Learning Management System Design and deliver onboarding, induction and cultural orientation programmes Oversee clinical credentialing and competency programmes Use data and feedback to evaluate, report, and continuously improve L&D outcomes Champion a positive, collaborative, reflective learning culture across all BRAMS teams Are You the One? Minimum Experience and Skills The successful candidate will bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar learning and development, workforce capability, or related field.
