About the role and where you will be working This position requires a personal vehicle that can be used for work purposes. Please note that this is an Aged Care role, not disability. We're looking for Aged Care Support Workers across Perth. We need candidates who have at least 3‑5 days of weekday availability and a bubbly, approachable attitude. You’ll need to be comfortable spending a fair amount of your day out on the road, driving between clients’ homes. As a valued team member you’ll be part of a broader group that provides quality, person‑focused care in people’s homes. With us you’ll help clients live at home safely and comfortably for as long as possible Our main needs are currently in the below locations Cottesloe Iluka North Perth Dianella Innaloo / Karrinyup Success Fremantle Mandurah Well also be asking you to Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, medication monitoring, meal preparation, shopping & social support, cleaning. Regularly liaise with our Care Coordinators to provide updates on client care needs. Carefully follow client care plans and log activities via smartphone. Develop trust and maintain a positive rapport with our clients and their families. About you You’re comfortable working on your own and, most importantly, care about our clients as much as we do. You may already have experience in aged or community care and love what you do. Perhaps you have experience taking care of a family member or friend and would like to start a career in home care. Building relationships with people comes naturally, and you know that good Support Workers can make a real difference in the quality of someone’s life. To be considered for this role you’ll need Initiative and the ability to effectively prioritise & multitask. Great interpersonal & communication skills. Ability to quickly learn & use new software for record keeping. First Aid Certificate. Advantage: studied Certificate in Aged Care, Individual Support, Community Services, or equivalent. Advantage: Manual Handling and/or Medication Administration certificates. Advantage: NDIS Worker Screening Check. Valid Driver’s Licence & reliable, road‑worthy vehicle.
