We're looking for a Marketing Automation Manager with strong market experience and hands‑on expertise in Marketo to lead and deliver scalable automation strategies across our ANZ operations. This is a key role driving growth, improving customer journeys, and optimising performance through smarter workflows. Responsibilities Owning and delivering end‑to‑end automation projects across sales, marketing, and client services Building and optimising campaigns and workflows using Marketo and other automation tools Partnering with senior commercial and operational leaders to align automation with business outcomes Driving adoption of best practices in lead management, customer engagement, and campaign performance tracking Qualifications Strong experience working with Marketo and marketing automation platforms Deep understanding of lead lifecycle management and campaign orchestration Proven ability to operate at pace, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable impact Strong market knowledge and commercial awareness to guide automation strategy Experience with Saleforce would be highly advantageous, however this is not a deal breaker for us.
