You’ll work across ERP platforms and analytics tools to deliver insights, strengthen governance, and enhance decision‑making. Roles and responsibilities include: Applying accounting expertise to reconciliations, reporting, and compliance Developing and applying systems skills in ERP platforms (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW, BODS) and analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, SQL) Translating business requirements into process and reporting solutions Engaging with stakeholders to improve financial processes and data quality Contributing to projects that strengthen financial governance, data integrity, and decision‑making About You We’re looking for people with a solid accounting foundation, a curious systems thinker, and an interest in technology. You may already have systems experience, or you may be ready to grow into it; either way, we support you with training and on‑the‑job learning. Consultant (early career) Degree in Accounting/Finance; progress toward CA/CPA desirable 1–3 years’ accounting/finance experience (e.g. reporting, management accounting) Strong understanding of accounting principles; exposure to ERP or analytics tools is a bonus 2–4 years’ finance experience with ERP or reporting responsibilities Strong financial analysis and stakeholder engagement; hands‑on data/reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, SQL/SAP BW/BODS desirable) Principal Consultant (team lead/advisor) CA/CPA qualified with 4–6 years’ experience in finance roles with significant systems/data responsibilities Experience leading financial systems projects and providing strategic advice Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring skills Defence or large government experience highly regarded What We Offer Competitive salary package aligned to your experience Performance‑based bonus scheme Generous leave, including parental leave, volunteer leave, and option to purchase leave Dedicated learning budget and support for CA/CPA or technical training A supportive, people‑first culture with leaders who care about your ongoing growth and development Security Requirements Applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain an AGSVA security clearance (Baseline minimum; NV1 preferred for senior levels).
