As Kapitol continues to grow, we’re strengthening the digital backbone of our Quality function - and we’re looking for a QMS Coordinator to join the team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of construction, systems, and process improvement. You’ll help manage and enhance our Quality Management System (QMS), support project teams with digital quality workflows, and ensure our tools (particularly Visibuild) are structured, accurate, and easy to use. What you’ll do: Maintain and improve Kapitol’s Quality Management System (QMS) to support consistency across all projects. Manage and configure Visibuild: WBS structures, ITP templates, workflows, forms and checklists. Ensure digital quality tools accurately reflect current construction methodologies and business needs. Improve system usability, information architecture and data integrity across all projects. Partner with Digital Engineering/IT on QMS updates, enhancements and integrations. Lead QMS onboarding for new projects and new users. Develop and deliver training, guides and resources to uplift digital quality capability. Provide first-line support for Visibuild and QMS queries. Support project teams with digital inspections, document organisation and recordkeeping. Analyse QMS data to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities. Contribute to continuous improvement of quality documentation, templates and system workflows. What you’ll bring: Experience in a QMS, digital quality, construction systems or document control role. Strong working knowledge of construction quality platforms (Visibuild preferred). Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail in digital environments. Strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills across delivery teams and Trade Partners. Confidence delivering training and onboarding users to digital workflows. Solid understanding of construction processes, documentation and compliance needs. Proficiency in MS Office and mobile/tablet digital tools. Bonus: experience configuring QMS platforms (WBS, ITPs, workflows), ISO9001 exposure or digital template creation.
