Sales Phone Conversion Team Leader | Transform, Scale & Lead from the Front Olympia Massage Chairs – Nerang, QLD $90,000 – $120,000 + Performance Bonuses About the Role We’re looking for a Sales Phone Conversion Team Leader who can rebuild, refocus, and lead our HQ phone team to new performance standards. Based in Olympia’s Nerang HQ, this role is for a proven closer and coach who leads through action, data, and accountability. You’ll take control of a team that needs structure and energy — creating systems, scripts, and habits that scale output, boost conversions, and sustain results. You’ll retrain, refocus, and reshape the team to reach elite performance standards. Key Responsibilities Rebuild and lead the HQ phone team with clear structure, targets, and accountability Personally handle sales calls to demonstrate excellence in communication and closing.
