In the Senior Partner Organisational Development role, you’ll bring your technical expertise, working closely with key stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and create and implement effective organisational development and culture frameworks.

Your responsibilities include executing employee engagement, performance development, recognition, and talent and succession programs, managing day-to-day operations and supporting other team members, and ensuring alignment with the broader department organisational development goals. The role also involves collaborating and using your expertise to guide junior team members and internal and external partners, project management, leveraging technology platforms for continuous improvement, and researching contemporary employee experience and culture trends to recommend solutions that suit Department needs.

Challenges include balancing diverse stakeholder needs and coordinating holistic implementation of talent, engagement, performance, and recognition systems to drive positive cultural change aligned with business objectives.

What you will bring to the role

  • Demonstrated delivery of organisational development frameworks and programs of work, from proposal, approval discovery, design, implementation.
  • Strong self-accountability, solution focus and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges and adapt to evolving situations.
  • Leverage technology platforms, including Qualtrics, to collect and analyse employee feedback, fostering continuous improvement in experience and performance.
  • Capable of driving outcomes while effectively involving stakeholders throughout the process, fostering collaboration and buy-in.
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes.

What is an essential requirement:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisation development or equivalent significant experience
  • Experience in areas of generalist HR, organisation development, talent and engagement management in a large office and field-based organisational context.
