The opportunity

In this newly created permanent role, working in a close-knit People & Culture team reporting into the CPO, you will be empowered to own, drive, develop and deliver solutions to uplift people capability and enhance organisational engagement making a real difference to our people. 

Role Location: Sydney. We are a hybrid workplace offering 2-3 days remote working.

What does the role involve?

  • Leading the design and implementation of Leadership Development programs and initiatives 
  • Own the culture and employee engagement strategy - including internal communications, planning, debriefing and action planning initiatives
  • Leading the Learning & Development Plan for NSW LRS
  • Managing the Talent Management cycle and developing key talent programs and initiatives to support Succession
  • Driving key programs and initiatives under the Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging & Equity Strategy
  • Supporting the broader People & Culture team to deliver on the People Plan 

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in organisational development with a track record of successfully implementing impactful programs across Leadership Development, L&D, Talent & Succession, DEI, and Employee Experience
  • Expert knowledge of Adult Learning Principles with technical skills in designing and facilitating adult learning
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • The ability to work in a small dynamic team environment with a high customer focus 
  • Advanced influencing, coaching and business partnering skills to support collaboration at all levels
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organisational Development or related fields.
  • Accreditation in leadership/behavioural tools (LSI, Hogan etc) preferred but not essential
