This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work both remotely and in-office, ideal for individuals seeking structured experience in information management, data entry, and workflow coordination. You’ll be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency across multiple platforms. The first week of onboarding will be conducted remotely , with full training and mentorship provided. Key Responsibilities Process and validate large volumes of data with accuracy and attention to detail Maintain organized digital records and ensure data consistency Identify and correct data discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams Support reporting and documentation activities for HR and business operations Ensure information security and compliance with company data policies Contribute to process improvement and system optimization initiatives Processing data Collaborating with teams Ensuring data quality Qualifications Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data tools Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment Must currently reside in Australia with valid work rights Experience in data entry, administration, or HR support is advantageous Training provided – suitable for graduates and entry-level applicants Work Terms Type: Part-time, Hybrid Hours: 30–38 hours per week (flexible schedule) Location: Australia-based applicants only Salary: AUD $900 – $1,100 per week (based on experience) Training: Remote onboarding during the first week About Wall Street Pty Ltd Wall Street Pty Ltd (ABN ) is an Australian-registered consulting and data solutions firm based in Sydney and Melbourne.
