As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a creative, driven, and retail-savvy Marketing Specialist to join our team — someone who can help elevate our brand, connect with customers, and drive meaningful growth. The Role As a Marketing Specialist at Best Sourcing, you will : Develop and execute retail-focused marketing campaigns — online and offline — including social media, email, content marketing, and in-store promotional materials. Collaborate closely with sales, merchandising, operations (and if applicable, store teams) to ensure marketing efforts align with retail objectives (sales, customer experience, brand consistency). Produce engaging marketing content and copy: website / product descriptions, social posts, newsletters, promotional flyers or catalogues, in-store signage and visuals. Analyse campaign and retail performance metrics: sales uplift, customer engagement, foot traffic, conversion — use insights to optimise campaigns and marketing strategy. Support visual merchandising and retail-marketing coordination: ensure promotional materials, in-store displays, POS, signage align with brand vision and maximise customer appeal. Manage marketing budget (if applicable), coordinate with external vendors or agencies (design, print, digital ads), and ensure timely execution of campaigns and promotions. What We’re Looking For — Key Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent experience. 7-10 years (or more) of marketing experience — ideally with retail or consumer-facing businesses. Experience with retail marketing or retail operations is a strong plus. Demonstrated ability to plan and implement marketing campaigns: digital (social media, email, content), and offline / retail-specific marketing (in-store promotions, POS materials, merchandising support). Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to create clear, engaging marketing copy and content across channels. Analytical mindset — comfortable using data / metrics to assess performance, inform decisions, and optimise campaigns for better ROI. Project-management and organisation skills — able to manage multiple marketing projects, deadlines, and coordinate with different internal or external stakeholders. Ideally: familiarity with retail-industry practices such as visual merchandising, POS marketing, and in-store customer experience optimisation.
