Join to apply for the Coordinator - Geebung OSHC role at Catholic Early EdCare OSHC Coordinator - St. Kevin’s Parish School We’re looking for an experienced educator to lead our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) program, licensed for 120 children and offering before school, after school, and vacation care (averaging 90+ students for ASC). St. Kevin’s OSHC is part of a warm and connected parish and school community of around 400 students. Our passionate team fosters genuine relationships with children and families, creating a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging environment. Our flexible, child‑led program celebrates each child’s curiosity, culture and creativity. We see every child as capable, curious and full of potential—encouraging them to explore, experiment and discover something new every day. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operation of our Before and After School Care and Vacation Care programs, ensuring a safe and enriching environment. Lead a dedicated team of educators, inspiring and supporting them to bring out their best. Develop and implement innovative, play‑based programs that cater to our children’s interests and needs. Build strong relationships with children, families and the school community, fostering a sense of belonging. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of care and safety. Requirements of the Role Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines. Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis. Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor. Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards and My Time Our Place. Previous childcare service management experience. Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred). Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
