A fantastic role you will work across a large number of groups and stakeholders. This is a Assistant Design Management role - it is essential that you have experience in Design Management. Applications without this will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Report to a design management team and assist with the transformation, development and upgrade of campuses and facilities. Join multi-disciplinary project teams to achieve milestones, specifications and deadlines through brief determination, stakeholder liaison, services coordination, client discussion and review presentations. Skills and Experience Degree in architecture or interior design with 2-5 years of design and construction industry experience in large/complex organisations. Prior design management experience would be an advantage. Analytical thinker, inspired by innovative ideas and committed to good design. Preparation of presentation materials using InDesign and other graphic software. Ability to work successfully and interact positively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Ability to collaborate, negotiate and build relationships across organisations. Demonstrated high level interpersonal, oral communication, presentation and written skills. Attention to detail, preparation of reports and communication material for internal and external parties. ArchiCAD preferred, also Adobe and Microsoft Office. Must have a driver’s licence and a car.
