The successful candidate will be involved in menu execution, food preparation, staff management, stock control and overall kitchen performance, ensuring every guest enjoys exceptional, high‑quality dishes that complement our brand. This position requires strong leadership, culinary expertise, a commitment to consistency and a genuine passion for hospitality, food, wine and delivering memorable guest experiences.
