Our team of highly skilled allied health professionals and employment consultants include Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Osteopaths, Social Workers, Nurses, Psychologists and Rehabilitation Counsellors. Responsibilities Lead, coach and support a team of consultants to deliver high quality occupational rehab services Drive team performance in achieving positive RTW outcomes and meeting billable targets Support onboarding, training and ongoing development of team members Overseeing quality assurance, file reviews and compliance with service standards Foster a high performing, values driven team culture focused on continuous improvement Qualifications 2+ years experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry Tertiary allied health qualifications Current Full Professional Registration/Accreditation/Membership with AHPRA, AASW, ESSA or ASORC Demonstrated skills in leadership and/or experience in a similar role preferred Able to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers Location Lead a dynamic team within our Brisbane branch based on Eagle St, Brisbane CBD .
