Only 45 minutes from Sydney CBD, the park offers scenic views at Narrabeen Lake, a surf beach, and amenities such as cabins, villas, powered and unpowered sites, play areas, and shared facilities. Role Overview Lead and coordinate grounds and maintenance activities, including gardening, minor maintenance, presentation of sites and cabins, handyman services, health and safety procedures, cleaning tasks, and waste management. Create and maintain documentation delivering industry best practices for the benefit of guests, staff, and the company. Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction for grounds and maintenance management. Perform gardening, daily maintenance, and site presentation. Deliver handyman services and undertake repairs. Ensure health and safety procedures are followed. Maintain cleaning tasks for cooking facilities, amenities, and waste. Develop and manage documentation and best practice procedures. Implement and monitor KPIs. Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety, Risk and Environmental Statutory Regulations, and company policies. Selection Criteria Proven experience in a similar role. Hands‑on experience in maintenance, handyman, and gardening. Experience operating and maintaining equipment such as lawn mowers, edgers, sweepers, hedge trimmers, sprayers, and hand tools. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and work with limited supervision. Capacity to manage manual handling and physical tasks. Essential Requirements Holiday Park / Tourism experience. First Aid Level 2 and current CPR. Current Australian Police Check (within 3 months). Working with Children Check or equivalent. Australian Driver’s Licence. Legally entitled to work in Australia. Key Accountabilities Maintain grounds in a clean, tidy, and safe condition. Maintain all site facilities and amenities at an acceptable standard. Ensure the safety and security of all staff and guests. Be hands‑on and possess a positive can‑do attitude. Achieve agreed KPIs.
