MS Queensland seeks a dynamic, values‑driven individual to deliver our multi‑channel giving programs and optimise donor care strategies. Join us and implement creative fundraising campaigns that build strong donor relationships and generate sustainable income, reporting to the Lottery & Donor Programs Manager. Responsibilities Craft and execute a Regular Giving strategy to boost donor numbers and revenue impact Drive acquisition and retention efforts to achieve growth targets and deliver against donor expectations Implement offline and online fundraising strategies across the donor portfolio Partner with stakeholders to develop and manage multi‑channel marketing campaigns Identify and leverage opportunities to achieve donor income targets and campaign KPIs Deliver donor care initiatives and track retention/acquisition activities Ensure database hygiene and compile data for fundraising activities Qualifications 3+ years of multi‑channel direct marketing experience (mail, email, SMS, social media and/or telemarketing) Tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Fundraising or equivalent experience Strong time management, proven ability to handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines Effective written/verbal communication skills with the ability to write and share stories with the donor in mind Experience with databases and the ability to analyse customer experiences to inform future direction and decision making Supporter‑oriented with a proven ability to form relationships with donors, suppliers, and colleagues Motivated, positive, solution‑focused, with a strong work ethic; ability to manage sensitive information Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite How to Apply Please click apply and submit your resume and your targeted cover letter.
