Occupational Therapist or New Graduate Program About the opportunity This role will be based at our beautiful Geraldton clinic - opposite the beach and next to all the best coffee shops in town. You may benefit from a comprehensive NEW GRADUATE PROGRAM. Your role will be to grow an existing client base in both an inpatient and outpatient setting, working closely with other health professionals. Job tasks and responsibilities We will train you in the following areas: Work with both paediatric and adult NDIS participants, including neurodiverse and neurological clients Home assessment and modifications Mental Health support Assistive Technology assessments, applications and instruction Functional Capacity Assessments You will be working within a close and extremely supportive multidisciplinary Allied Health Team. Skills and experience We are looking for a motivated therapist who will strive to achieve their best to enable our clients to build their capacity. We welcome new graduates who display the right personal qualities and will provide you with extensive support and training. Must be a team player. We offer a 12‑month new graduate program, including being allocated your own personal mentor (available to all graduates within their first 12–24 months of registration with AHPRA).
