Adoption Analyst

NTT Data is seeking an experienced Adoption Analyst to support change and adoption initiatives across a dynamic project landscape. This hands-on role involves creating engaging digital training content, facilitating virtual learning sessions, and supporting promotional campaigns to drive awareness and user engagement. You’ll work closely with the Adoption Manager, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure people are prepared, supported, and ready for change. Is innovation part of your DNA? Key Responsibilities Develop digital training content including e-learning modules, guides, videos, and microlearning assets. Facilitate virtual learning sessions and interactive workshops. Support promotional campaigns to build awareness and drive engagement. Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis. Monitor adoption progress, risks, and issues, reporting to the Adoption Manager. Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure readiness. Contribute to continuous improvement of adoption practices and tools. Skills & Experience Strong previous experience in change management, adoption, or learning roles. Proven ability to create engaging digital training and support materials. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both virtual and in-person. Familiarity with change management methodologies such as PROSCI or ADKAR. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities. Experience supporting promotional and engagement campaigns. Comfortable working in hybrid environments and adapting to change.
