Production/Buying Assistant

Ally Fashion is an Australian based multi-brand fast fashion destination which provides its customers with value, quality, and on-trend outfits through an enthusiastic, fun, and professional team. Ally first opened its doors in Sydney in 2001 and now has over 100+ stores nationally as well as a thriving online store shipping worldwide. What are we looking for? We are looking for an energetic and hands‑on assistant to support our Production and Buying team. To be considered for this role, you will be keen to learn all there is to know about Ally Fashion products and have a strong work ethic with the capability to work autonomously and harmoniously in a team. What Your Day Will Involve. Ad-hoc administrative management. Product photographing. Clothes fitting. Raising and tracking of orders. Filing and updating the sample library. Working closely with the buyers - liaising with suppliers for quality control and pricing negotiations. Maintaining an ongoing relationship with suppliers. What We Are Looking For. At least 2 years’ experience in production with preferably a degree or diploma in fashion. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Attention to detail is a must , with the ability to work resiliently under pressure to achieve high level accuracy in deliverables in a timely manner. Why Should You Apply?
