Female Support Workers Needed - Robina Gold Coast Join Ipswich Nurses and be part of a team that delivers quality in‑home care. This is a specialised and deeply rewarding role supporting a child with complex medical needs in a caring family setting. We are looking for individuals who are gentle, attentive, and either experienced in ventilation care or confident and willing to learn. The Ideal candidate should have experience in 2 or more of the following passionate about working with children. able to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week including night shifts. Female applicants aged 25+ (due to family and cultural preferences) able to work both morning, afternoon and night shift. Experience in paediatric or complex care (especially with ventilation) highly desirable Comfortable working in a home‑based environment with an infant Willingness to undertake training in ventilation and emergency response protocols Open driver's license and able to drive participants. experience in ventilation management would be great but we can we will train you if you are the right person. Experience in acquired brain injury and Autism would be an advantage. Qualifications & experience Certificate 3 and above in Disability or individual support Over 12 months experience working with children and have 2 or more above skills Knowing how to treat a child like a child. (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT) Tasks & responsibilities Looking after a young person providing all care including bathing, feeding and activities. Payrates are based on the SCHADS Award Social- Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award or Nurses Award for Enrolled Nurses (MA ) You will be supported by a team of other experienced family, carers and registered nurses. #J-18808-Ljbffr
