Qualifications Hold a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor equivalent in Early Childhood. Valid WWCC Current First Aid or CPR Certificate Child protection Training or willingness to obtain. Child Safe Standards Knowledge Red Nose, Food safety training & SunSmart training or willingness to obtain. Our successful applicant Exhibit excellent communication, leadership, and management skills. Demonstrate organisational skills and multitasking ability. Possess extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Rating and Assessment process. Show a strong understanding of the Child Safe Standards.
