Job Description We are looking for a Transport & Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a full‑time basis. This role offers a variety of responsibilities supporting both the Kent Street and Metro clinics with critical logistics and administrative tasks. Responsibilities Coordinating transports and logistics across all Genea locations, excluding blood samples Handling ad‑hoc shipment requests for different departments Completing consent forms for shipments Liaising with external donor banks regarding shipment of donor material Liaising with patients regarding shipment of sperm, eggs and embryos Liaising with shipping companies to ensure safe and effective delivery of materials Qualifications High degree of autonomy Excellent patient phone and email manner Strong attention to detail Relevant experience in a logistics or admin role beneficial Benefits Glow – Online recognition and rewards portal with discounts at over 350 retailers and access to recipes, fitness classes and mindfulness sessions Learning and development – Ongoing opportunities for continuous education through Education Days, internal development, conference opportunities and company‑wide initiatives Certified Family Friendly workplace 2024/25 Genea is committed to providing a workplace that is diverse, equitable and inclusive.
