Your job is to turn curiosity (a DM, a call, a walk-in) into confidence—and keep that confidence alive. What your days feel like A nervous message lands; you jump on the phone and ask the question that unlocks the truth. You match them to the right path—intro course or membership—so the first session feels safe and known. You send a quick welcome video. They show up. They come back. They bring a friend. You capture the details (goals, injuries, preferences) so coaches can coach and promises get kept. You celebrate small wins—first combo landed, first week done—and the habit sticks. Who you are Curious, warm, organised. You follow through without being pushy. You read people well—what they say and what they don't. Low ego, coachable, inclusive by default. Phone-confident and sharp in DMs. CRM tidy because details matter. A minimum of 1-2 years of sales or client relations experience is required for this position. Extensive phone-based sales or customer service experience is essential for success in this position. Why this matters We use scans, 90-day plans and grading to prove progress. But the heartbeat is human: a conversation that changes the next decision, then the next. Do this well and you won't just start memberships—you'll start momentum. What we offer Full-time with hybrid flexibility (WFH calling blocks + in-club presence) Training, scripts, tools (Clubworx CRM, laptop, phone) Commissions on funded starts + clear progression (Senior, Team Lead, Club Management or Growth) A team that values inclusion, honesty and high standards—without the hard-sell culture Base: $59,280 + 12% super on base (~$7,114) Commission guide Lower: $18k–$23k p.a.
