This role is crucial for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our clients by providing outstanding service and support. What you'll do... Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns with speed and professionalism. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction. Collaborate with service teams to ensure that client care plans are executed flawlessly and adjusted as necessary. Implement client feedback mechanisms to identify areas for improvement and work with management to refine services. Manage client communications and coordinate client events and workshops. What we're looking for... A passionate leader with a strong commitment to client service excellence. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining positive relationships. Experience in client service or relationship management, preferably in healthcare or community services. Ability to work strategically, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
