Senior VDI Systems Administrators | TSPV Cleared | Defence & Intelligence Sector Cleared Recruitment is supporting a trusted Defence and Intelligence sector organisation delivering critical ICT capability across the Australian Intelligence Community. We are seeking multiple TSPV Senior VDI Systems Administrators to join a secure national mobility and desktop delivery program supporting senior government users. Long term contracts commencing December 2025. Positions are available in Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Adelaide – no WFH. Applicants must hold an active TSPV clearance, and an OSA must be completed prior to commencement. This role will see you contribute to the design, build, testing, and operation of secure ICT systems and VDI platforms across critical desktop delivery, cloud services, complex gateways, and mobility systems. Key Responsibilities Design, test and deploy Windows OS versions; build and maintain system images. Integrate VMware and Citrix VDI platforms. Automate VM image and template management. Support and monitor VDI performance in dynamic environments. Perform routine system health checks (hardware/software). Deliver backup and recovery services for virtualised Windows environments. Integrate with MFA solutions (preferred). Support Windows Server platforms including AD, DNS, PKI, WSUS (preferred). Troubleshoot and resolve Windows system issues (preferred). Technical Skills & Knowledge Proven experience administering VMware EUC (Omnissa) and Citrix Cloud. Strong skills in deployment, imaging and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Microsoft technologies: Exchange, WSUS, MECM (desirable). Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation (desirable).
