Fusion is a comprehensive program of work that aims to standardise, streamline and integrate pathology services over the next five years. The primary focus of the role is to develop change management plans that maximise adoption of ICT solutions within the Fusion Program and supporting stakeholder/employee engagement plans which aim to increase engagement and minimise resistance. The Change Manager will also assist in identifying communication needs for the Projects which they support, and training needs required to ensure successful adoption. The role will also provide support to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports adopt new technologies and ways of working. Knowledge of the pathology landscape will give you an edge as you navigate this complex and fascinating environment. Requirements & Expectations Demonstrated experience in leading change management and business process improvement and an established history of successful project delivery. Demonstrated experience in applying a structured change management approach and methodology, developing change management strategies based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change. Demonstrated good understanding of change management and quality improvement methodologies and demonstrated ability to meet objectives within stated project timeframes. Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) including the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high quality outcomes. Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills and the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work independently and/or collaboratively in a project team environment within a complex organisation influencing others to move toward a common vision or goal.
