Selection Criteria Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Physiotherapist. Proficient written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Broad generalist knowledge, clinical proficiency, and ability to work with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Ability to prioritise and organise own work/caseload across a regional area. Commitment to professional development, quality improvement and evidence‑based practice. Ability to lead planning and evaluation of team activities, and provide and coordinate staff and student supervision. Ability to initiate, lead, complete and share quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation processes. Current unrestricted driver’s licence; ability and willingness to drive/travel long distances and overnight as required.
