What You Will Be Working On Bringing a commercial practical view to managing contract risk. You\'ll develop and deliver workshops, coaching construction and project management teams to read contracts through a commercial lens and build proactive risk management capability. You\'ll work closely with cross-functional teams to assess risks, and ensure everyone understands what they\'re committing to before projects begin. Be a sounding board for contractual concerns, helping teams navigate challenges before they escalate into formal disputes. Drive continuous improvement of commercial processes and systems, creating frameworks that help commercial roles across the division work more efficiently while maintaining the company\'s strong safety and quality standards.
