This dynamic unit manages tertiary referrals from ED, ICU, and external hospitals, with a strong focus on trauma surgical patient care. Specialised environment: Deliver advanced neurosurgical and plastics care in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity setting. Leadership impact: Guiding a skilled nursing team through coaching, mentoring, and hands‑on leadership. Operational excellence: Shape daily ward operations, optimise patient flow, and ensure safe, effective staffing. Quality & innovation: Drive evidence‑based practice, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement projects. Collaboration at its best: Work closely with neurosurgeons, allied health professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to influence patient outcomes across trauma, acute neurosurgery, spine, and neurological conditions.
