The Opportunity We're seeking a System Administrator to support, maintain, and improve customer environments across Aruba-based networks, Fortinet security, cloud platforms, and on-prem systems. This is a hands‑on, varied technical role with full WFH flexibility. You’ll work directly with clients, solve escalated issues, contribute to project work, and play a key role in keeping their environments operating smoothly. Key Responsibilities Administer, troubleshoot, and optimise customer Aruba switching environments, including VLANs, routing, and network segmentation. Configure, manage, and support Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, and security policies. Maintain and support Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and related services. Support and administer Azure, Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Intune. Proactively monitor network and system performance, resolving issues before they impact clients. Participate in project work including network refreshes, firewall upgrades, cloud migrations, and infrastructure optimisation. Provide excellent communication and client-focused support in a multi-customer MSP environment.
