Your work will involve promoting and delivering bike programs and sustainable travel events and providing general administrative and marketing support to our Community Projects and Programs team.

About the RoleAssist with planning, promotion and delivery of the popular Darebin Loves Bikes program and the Love Your Commute staff travel programSupport school active travel programs including Octopus Schools, Ride2School Day and Walk and Wheel Once a WeekDevelop marketing and promotion materials for the Sustainable Transport teamsSkills & ExperienceExperience in travel behaviour change, communications and marketing, community event management, community development or similar, along with relevant qualifications.Experience working with or alongside local government would be an advantageCultureAs a progressive leader in Local Government, Darebin City Council is passionate about social inclusion, sustainability, engagement and service excellence.
