What You’ll Do As a Project & Mobilisation Officer, you’ll be the engine room for getting our people and projects safely to site, on time, and client‑ready. Your day will include: Coordinating mobilisations: bookings, inductions, compliance checks, and logistics. Keeping production and installation schedules sharp, accurate, and up to date. Supporting project managers with documentation, QA, MDRs, ITPs, and manuals. Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers to keep everything on track. What We’re Looking For You’ll thrive in this role if you bring: Experience in manufacturing, construction, or project coordination. Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities like a pro. Clear communication skills, you can confidently liaise with everyone from site crews to senior managers. A proactive, problem‑solving mindset. Tech know‑how across the Microsoft Suite. Bonus points for a Cert IV in Project Management (or equivalent experience) and exposure to engineering or tank projects. What Success Looks Like Mobilisation tasks delivered on time, every time.
