Account Executive – SaaS | $120K Base + $240K OTE | Remote (Sydney or Melbourne) Own your patch. Work deals end-to-end. Sell a platform that actually solves real problems. This is a rare opportunity to join a scaling SaaS company that’s built a product mid-market customers actually use – and keep using. Loop Logics is growing fast, and they’re now hiring a driven, full-cycle Account Executive to take the lead. It’s a remote role, but you won’t be drifting solo. You’ll report directly to the COO, work closely with leadership, and the sales team, and be backed by a high-calibre product team. Why this role? $120K base + $240K OTE (50/50 split) Greenfield growth – take ownership of your territory Platform-based SaaS that’s sticky, valuable, and scalable Full-cycle sales – discovery, demo, deal Remote-first with autonomy and high trust What You’ll Be Doing Running the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close Managing and qualifying inbound leads from a growing marketing engine Selling consultatively into mid-market customers with complex workflows Conducting discovery, coordinating demos, building proposals, and closing deals Maintaining tight CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy What You’ll Need to Succeed 3–5 years of sales experience (SaaS preferred) A track record of smashing quota (think $1M+ annual targets) Experience selling platform-based solutions into mid-market accounts Comfort juggling outbound prospecting, discovery, demos, and pipeline hygiene Excellent communication and storytelling skills – especially remote Bonus Points If You’ve Got Exposure to construction tech or field-based industries Experience in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments Why Loop Logics?
