The Multicultural Community Engagement Project Officer will lead projects to co-design increased access to health care for multicultural communities. You will work closely with the multicultural community and WNSWLHD to deliver culturally responsive services targeted to identified needs. Responsibilities Lead multicultural community engagement projects to improve access to health care. Co‑design services with identified needs and deliver culturally responsive solutions. Establish and lead a migrant co‑design working group. Apply project management skills to deliver projects on time and within scope. Qualifications Well‑developed understanding of the needs of multicultural in regional and remote NSW. Ability to establish and lead a migrant co‑design working group. Excellent project management skills to lead and deliver projects. Excellent skills in working in collaboration with communities.
