Role Overview Sycurio is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join the EMEA team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving direct and indirect enterprise sales, focusing on expanding our footprint and selling new products to our existing customer base. A strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and proficiency with HubSpot CRM are a plus. Key Responsibilities Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through direct and indirect sales channels within the EMEA market. Enterprise Sales: Manage and close complex enterprise sales deals, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs and Sycurio's solutions. New Product Sales: Proactively identify opportunities to introduce new Sycurio products and services to existing customers and new logos, maximizing account penetration and revenue. Direct and Indirect Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies for both direct customer engagement and via channel partners, optimizing reach and market coverage. Hunting & Penetration: Demonstrate success in hunting for net new customers and penetrating existing accounts. MEDDIC Methodology: Use the MEDDIC sales methodology to qualify leads, manage opportunities, and ensure successful deal closure. Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, targeting 4× quarterly quotas in HubSpot CRM; accurately forecast revenue and provide regular updates to sales management. Market Knowledge: Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with pre‑sales, marketing, BDR, established partners, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve sales objectives. Metrics‑Driven Approach: Consistently track and analyze sales performance against key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies to optimize results. Compensation Yearly Salary: €95,000 Benefits: +10% Bonus and additional comprehensive benefits, including hybrid workstyle and travel within the UK region.
