Construction Project Manager

We are Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the design and construction of a new extension to our aquarium. This exciting project will enhance our visitor experience and expand our educational and conservation facilities. Responsibilities Directly reporting to the Vice President of Operations. Pricing and budget preparation. Manage project timelines, budgets and resources. Coordinate with architects and contractors. Liasing with subcontractors, suppliers, site supervisors and all trades staff. Organise and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Build and maintain rapport with Clients, including site meetings. Provide regular progress reports to management. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills. Qualifications Experience in tilt up panel construction Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
