Tradewind Australia, the leading recruitment agency in Community Services, is seeking an experienced Team Leader for the Orange Door on a full‑time 3‑month contract (with strong potential for extension or permanency). Location: Broadmeadows + WFH (3 days on site, 2 days from home) Base pay range: A$75.00/hr - A$76.00/hr Responsibilities Provide operational and clinical supervision to AUFV Specialist Practitioners (AUFV experience highly desirable) Line‑manage an integrated team of approximately five practitioners (AFM, CWB and AUFV) Support high‑quality, trauma‑informed, culturally responsive practice across the team Start ASAP at SCHADS Level 7 ($75.34 p/h) Qualifications Proven leadership experience – either as a Team Leader or Senior Practitioner with leadership responsibilities Mandatory previous TOD experience, with strong understanding of processes, systems, MARAM, service pathways, and integrated practice Experience supervising, mentoring or guiding practitioners within complex family violence contexts Strong interpersonal, decision‑making and practice development skills Contract Details Full‑time 3‑month contract, with potential extension or permanency Hybrid model: Broadmeadows (3 days) + WFH (2 days) How to Apply Click “Apply” to submit your CV.
