Being a Recovery Support Worker at Richmind WA is more than just a job—it’s a calling. You’ll support people navigating mental distress to build independence, reconnect with their strengths, and take steps toward the life they want to live. We’re looking for someone who: Has a Cert IV in Mental Health, Community Services, or similar—and experience in mental health Is emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and values teamwork Can support someone through a tough moment, not just a task Understands (or wants to learn) recovery-oriented practice Has a current driver’s licence and relevant checks (see below) Lived experience of recovery (as a consumer, carer or family member) is especially valued here. You’ll need: Cert IV in a mental health or similar and previous experience National Police Clearance (under 6 months old) Working With Children Check First Aid & CPR (HLTAID011, HLTAID010, HLTAID009) Valid driver’s licence We have a number of part time positions available at Orelia.
