National Manager - Property Strategy Projects & Leasing About The Role As the National Manager – Property Strategy, Projects and Leasing, you will lead the ABC's national property function during an 11-month parental leave period. You'll be responsible for the strategy, planning and delivery of major property initiatives across a large and diverse national portfolio. Job Details Work type: Contract Full Time Location: Sydney Categories: Property / Facilities Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will oversee capital works, national leasing, long-term asset planning and workplace projects. Working closely with senior executives, you'll ensure all property activities support the ABC's operational needs and long-term strategic direction. In this role, you'll lead the development of the ABC's Property Strategy, oversee major capital and property projects, manage all national leasing activities, and maintain rolling 5-year and 30-year capital plans. You will also lead the Property Strategy, Projects and Leasing team and build strong relationships across the ABC and with external partners. You Will Bring Qualifications in property, engineering, architecture, project management or a related field, or extensive equivalent experience. Significant experience leading multi-million-dollar property or capital projects. Strong leadership capability and experience managing high-performing teams. Excellent stakeholder, communication and negotiation skills. Advanced budgeting, financial analysis and long-term strategic planning capability. Why Join Us?
