This role is critical to our success and reflects the importance we place on delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll work at the intersection of major projects, customer service, and quality, bringing fresh ideas and solutions to the table. A natural problem-solver, you’ll listen actively, respond with empathy, and develop effective solutions for customers in a timely manner. Your attention to detail will be key as you assess each claim to ensure it meets all requirements and validity standards. In this role, you’ll combine analytical precision with a personable approach. You’ll manage end-to-end warranty and customer claims with confidence, ensuring accuracy and compliance, even in challenging conversations. Your ability to craft professional, high-level communications will set you apart, as will your knack for reporting and maintaining data integrity across multiple platforms.
