Your work will support **the Rule of Law** and help Corporate in-house teams thrive in a rapidly evolving digital environment.**About the Role**We are seeking a motivated **Business Development Associate (BDA)** to join our dynamic Corporate Sales team. This desk-based entry sales role is critical in supporting our Business Development Managers by generating leads, scheduling appointments, and driving new business opportunities across the Corporate Law market. You’ll introduce market-leading solutions—including the game-changing ***Lexis+AI* with Protégé** and Create+ to help Corporate in house teams do more with less.This is a permanent full-time role based either in Sydney (preferred), Melbourne (preferred) or Brisbane with combined home and office-based arrangements to have flexible work-life balance.**Responsibilities**.* Achieve monthly sales and KPI targets* Initiate contact with potential customers via phone and email.* Manage inbound leads and perform cold calling.* Conduct discovery meetings virtually or in person.* Maintain CRM data integrity and provide customer insights.**Requirements*** Strong communication and customer service skills.* Proven track record in achieving sales quotas.* Understanding of Australian legislation preferred.* Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in marketing or sales preferred.**Work in a way that works for you**We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
