We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Associate in driving and acquiring new business sponsorship for our Australian Summits business unit. Marcus Evans Summits is the flagship solution offered by the company. This role is ideal if you want to start your career in business development. A successful candidate will develop into Account Executive and Senior Account Executive after achieving initial milestones. Key Responsibilities Engage with C‑Level audiences, generating leads and prospecting over the phone. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitching and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Create and execute strategic sales campaigns. Nurturing new and existing client relationships. Qualifications Sales experience: 1–2 years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably with a high‑priced product. Experience in creating and launching strategic marketing email campaigns is a plus. Proficiency in HubSpot software tool and Microsoft Office Suite is a significant advantage, however it is not a must requirement. Proven track record of exceeding goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Enjoy a guaranteed base salary plus a commission structure with a minimum OTE of A$70,000 to A$90,000 per year.
