Business Development and Lead Generation Specialist Work with Australia’s Largest Interior Design Group Hybrid position, 3 days per week from home and Head Office Exciting newly created role with one of Australia’s largest interior design groups Competitive remuneration and benefits Guest Group is a leading national supplier of innovative display furnishing solutions. We partner with organisations in the volume builder, retirement living, and short‑stay accommodation sectors, delivering tailored solutions designed to elevate the functionality and visual appeal of their spaces — with the ultimate goal of supporting property sales. We are looking to appoint a motivated, personal and proactive business development and lead generation specialist to join our team three days per week. The role is perfect for someone who loves making connections, achieving targets and the thrill of opening new doors. You will need to be highly organised, comfortable using CRM technology and possess the ability to nurture new relationships. In this newly created role you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the Guest Group’s growth strategy. You’ll work closely with our senior management team, identifying and engaging with potential clients, arranging qualified appointments, and supporting our business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting calls to targeted new clients nationally Arrange qualified business meetings for our senior management team Manage and maintain our CRM database, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date records Distribute marketing materials and follow up with interested contacts Build and nurture high‑quality leads through proactive canvassing and relationship building Report regularly on prospecting activity, leads generated, and appointment outcomes What You Will Bring A personable, open, and engaging phone manner Tenacious, results‑driven attitude with the resilience to consistently pursue opportunities Previous experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or appointment setting (preferred) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing client records Self‑motivated with the ability to work autonomously from home Familiarity with CRM systems and general business software (Microsoft Office) A genuine interest in people, business, and helping organisations achieve success This role allows you to enjoy the benefits of a hybrid working model, with the flexibility to work from home and our Head Office.
